Exchange and Refund

At Kidi and Kids, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 10-day exchange and a no-questions-asked refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund?

To Exchange:

  – Send the item back to our shop address using any courier service.

  – Include a note with your name and contact number (the one used for your order) inside the box.

  – Upon receipt, we will get in touch via WhatsApp, message, or email to confirm and dispatch a new package with a new tracking number.

To Refund:

  – The refund process is similar to the exchange process.

  – Your refund will be processed to your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account within 7 working days.

Direct Store Exchange:

  – Alternatively, you can directly exchange the item at our store.

Important Notes:

– The returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been used or washed.

– Please ensure the shoebox is placed within a flyer or shopping bag when returning it via courier.

Can I Exchange for a Different Item?

– Yes, you may exchange for any other item available.

Claims:

– We thoroughly check each pair before dispatch. If you receive a defective pair, please inform us within 2 days of receipt.

– The same 10-day exchange/refund policy applies to defective items.

Please Note:

– We do not accept claims, exchanges, or refunds on items that have been used.


Delivery Charges:

– A standard delivery fee of Rs 150 applies to every order.

– Delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of a refund.


Refund Policy Limitations:

– The refund policy applies only to online purchases.

– Refunds must be requested within 10 days of receipt.

– Delivery charges are non-refundable.

– Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

– Refunds are processed weekly, with Sunday as the expected refund day.
